Being able to go on a vacation, a business trip or a family emergency can be tricky if you don’t have the proper preparations- that is where we can help. Our professional pet care providers come to your Lakeland or Mulberry home to maintain your pet’s schedule, care + comfort in their familiar environment- all animals types welcome!
Pet sitting visits are customized to best suit your pets, your instructions, wants + pets needs.
Pricing is based on 1+ visits per day within our 7 flexible time windows. Customized schedules including additional visits or specific times can be accommodated – contact us for a customized quote.
Visits Options Included:
half hour, 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour visits are our most common
7 time windows of arrival to choose from
feeding + water care: custom diet care, treats, refresh of water, etc
potty + litter time: time to do their business’, clean up, etc
pet clean up + maintenance: messes, hair, blankets, cleanliness, etc

Updates Throughout the Day
Get an update after each visit via email. These updates will include pets eating and bathroom habits, home care plus pictures of your pets ( if they are being photogenic, of course!)

We believe the best pet care comes with a backup plan. That’s why most clients have 2–3 trained sitters on their care team.
That means your pet has familiar caregivers, your routines are documented, and there’s always someone who can step in when a sitter is sick, on vacation, or simply needs a day off.

No Per Pet Fee
We don’t charge you per cat. Your visit is based on the time and care your pets need—not how many pets you have. 5 or more pets- 1 hour+ visits required.
Keep their Routine
Ensure less anxiety for you pets! In YOUR home pet care allows your pets to have their favorite toys, bedding and smells while you are away. Strict Diet- no accidental wrong foods/treats given this way! Your home will have spa-like tranquility versus other boarding/kennel facilities with their loud noises, tons of cleaning and other pet smells.
Home + Plant Care Included!
Included in each visit is a multi-point home check, plant care, trash/recycling, rotation of lights/curtains for security purposes and any other custom home care request. ( just ask!)
GPS Tracked + Monitored Visits
Every visit is GPS tracked on the back end to ensure sitters are there for the full time they are supposed to be and GPS indicates check-in /check out locations. A full-time staff person reviews the schedule to ensure visits are on time, quality controlled and never missed.
Decreased Exposure to Parasites + Diseases
Pets that get to stay in their own homes have a decreased exposure to common pet parasites (like worms, fleas + ticks! ) and easily transferable pet diseases.
No Travel Trauma
If you have pets that do not enjoy the car ride- or you don’t enjoy what they leave behind in your vehicle ( hair!) avoid that all together by keeping them at home!

Visits Available 7am-9:30pm, 365 days a year!
Homes with Dogs- must have 3-4 visits if humans are gone for the full day on a trip.
Homes with Cats, and other non-dog Pets must have minimum 1 visits a day if humans are gone all day on a trip.
"One-Off" visits are available for when you are NOT gone for a full day are available!

Questions about Pet Sitting
When Do You Come?
We do visits 365 days a week from 7am-930pm for pet care.
Visit can be scheduled within one of our 7 flexible time windows.
These flexible time windows have a range where the sitter can arrive based on drive time efficiency, availability and other unpredictable factors such as trains, traffic or previous pet client delays. We do not offer specific time arrivals.
Flexible Time Windows:
- Early Morning: 7AM-9:00 AM (Dog Visits arrival times are 7-8:30am)
- Morning: 9-11 am
- Midday A: 11am-1pm
- Midday B: 1-3pm
- Dinner: 3-5 pm
- Evening: 5-7pm
- Bedtime : 7PM-9:30pm (Dog Visit finished no earlier than 8:30pm)

- Our most common set up for 2 times a day visits for cats is a Morning and Evening visit.
- Our most common set up for 3 time a day visits are Early Morning, Midday B + Bedtime for homes with dogs
- Our most common set up for 4 time a day visits are Early Morning, Midday A, Dinner + Bedtime with dogs
Are you Licensed, Bonded, Insured + Certified?
Do I Get the Same Pet Sitter Every Visit?
No, we are the only company in Polk County who does not! We charge by type of visit/timing. For families with 6+ pets ( smaller animals that are in same enclosure count as 1 pet. Example: Fish Tank, Chicken Flock, etc), a 1 hour visits minimum are required though to ensure time to do all care and monitoring by our professional standards. All Pets in the household can be cared for – even if different species.
