2. Fill Out your Online Client Account
Your online client account has all the important information we need to make sure your pet sitting/dog walking/ house care needs are taken care of- plus access to online scheduling, real-time updates, and online payments in the easiest way possible for you via any phone, computer or tablet!
Your account allows you to schedule visits conveniently, access to your past and present invoices, as well as giving you a secure way to pay for all services. Most importantly, it will register you to see all of our sitters and dog walkers updates for your visits with your pets via email in REAL TIME! This includes amazing photos of our fun times together and other valuable information.
3.Request Your First Service(s)
While logged into your client portal- go to the Request Services Green Button and request your pet care!
You will be able to schedule visits conveniently 24/7 online and have the best pet care – to make both you and your pet (s) lives happier!
In the future- use the ‘client login’ button on the top of everyone of our website pages.
( or save the login page to your phone as a favorite or to your homepage)
4.Review our Policies + Fill out Veterinary Release
When you sign into to client portal- our policies will pop up and ask you to agree by using our online system + services you agree to all our terms and conditions.
Veterinarian Release Form- we are going to ask you some tuff questions- but they are so we know what to do in the worse case scenario.
This will be on your online client portal to be filled out.
5. Book your Consult +Behavior Assessment
Email us back once you have completed your online account with 2-3 dates and time windows that work well for your required 15 minute complementary in person Consult + Behavior Assessment for dogs or farm animals or a 15 minute ZOOM based Video Call for small animals and cats. This will allow us to clarify any needs your pets and home may need while you are away.
6. Schedule a Trial Visit
All families must schedule + pay for a one-off trial visit prior to scheduling any future visits. This is usually a non-essential visits- You can choose any type of visit, for any time window that works best for you. This allows us to ensure a good fit, iron out any kinks and ensure success for all! Once completed successfully you will be considered fully onboarded and be ready to be apart of our Atta Boy! Familia.
