We’re Not Just Someone Who Loves Animals
We know there are plenty of people who love animals and will happily stop by your house, walk your dog, or feed your cat.
And that’s wonderful.
But professional pet care is a whole lot more than loving animals.
At Atta Boy! Animal Care, we’ve built an actual professional pet care company around the idea that your pets deserve the same level of thought, preparation, accountability, and attention to detail that you’d expect from any other professional service.
That means we’re:
- Licensed, bonded, insured, and certified
- A locally owned business with 13+ years of experience
- Supported by trained employees—not random contractors
- Using professional pet-care software so you receive visit updates, photos, and important care notes
- Focused on continuity and backup coverage, so one person’s flat tire or sick day doesn’t leave your pet without care
- Serious about training, continuing education, and professional standards
- Prepared for emergencies and trained to recognize when something isn’t quite right
- Paying attention to the little things—medications, appetite, bathroom habits, mobility, behavior changes, feeding instructions, and all those details that make your pet your pet
And perhaps most importantly, we don’t treat pet sitting like “just letting the dog out.”
- A visit might be a senior dog who needs a slower walk and extra time to potty.
- It might be a cat who needs medication and someone to notice that she didn’t eat breakfast.
- It might be chickens who have a very specific evening routine.
- It might be a nervous rescue who needs someone to understand their body language instead of simply walking through the checklist.
That’s the difference between checking a box and actually providing professional pet care.
We built Atta Boy! because we believe your pets deserve more than someone who simply says, “I love animals.”
They deserve people who know how to care for animals professionally.
And we’re incredibly grateful that so many of you trust us with your furry, feathered, and scaled family members.
So if you’ve experienced the Atta Boy! difference, we’d really appreciate your support in the Nextdoor 2026 Fave Awards.
Voting is open through September 30.
